Natalia has over 10 years of experience working with individuals of all ages from diverse backgrounds in various settings. In her work at community agencies, schools, and in her private practice, she is passionate about helping individuals move through challenges with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, family conflict and change, life transitions, grief, self esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, disordered eating, emotions regulation, and stress management toward the life they want to lead.
Natalia believes that no experience or challenge is too big or too small to seek support and it is important to her that the individuals/families/couples she works with feel heard, valued, and confident in their decisions. Coming from person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches, she utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness tools in her work to foster overall mental wellness.
In her practice, Natalia seeks to empower individuals to deal with any adversity or challenge they are facing, help with healing, building resilience, recognizing their own individual strengths, managing stress, reducing feelings of isolation, and moving towards positive self-growth and the future they envision.
She offers in-person and Telehealth services (both telephone and secure video). Her services are available in English and Polish.
